Breakdowns and SOS from a paired phone show in Sense, and you can resolve them from Sense.

What it does today

Find your equipment

Search for the controllers and sensors inside a tenant, find them, and attach the ones you want. It works like a Wi-Fi scan, and the ones you attach show as Connected.

Only what you attach reports

Only attached sensors report. Everything else stays quiet until you decide it belongs.

Draw your site

Build a tree of tenant, floors, rooms, controllers and sensors, and add photos so anyone can see what is where.

Sensor Fusion

Every message is grouped under the full path of its sensor, so a reading always arrives with where it came from.

Sent on a steady beat

Bundles go out every 30 seconds. Alarms go at once. Everything is compressed, and a one-day log is kept.

Alarm notifications

When an alarm comes in you get a notification with a chime.
